With the hot weather in Ontario these days, I'm feeling a lot more like I should be at the cottage than at work. It's been a busy spring, moving apartments and marking endless essays and english projects, which is why I've been so absent from the blog!
Here are a few things catching my eye:
Do yourself a favour and visit this awesome
House and Home TV - Modern Home. It's an eco home with tons of beautiful furnishings and really cool elements. (Thanks for giving me the heads up Mom!)
I'm really hoping there are fresh
strawberries the market in a few short weeks. There is nothing better that the little sweet local ones.
This album is in very, very, very heavy rotation. Whether you think you like
John Mayer or not, you should absolutely listen to
this song, and then to the entire album, then go out and buy it. Phenomenal.
The
Blythe Blouse from
J. Crew is one of my favourite pieces of clothing for work and for play. It can be dressed up or down, is light and breezy while very chic and sophisticated. I have two in my closet, a dark olive and a bright teal. This
neon rose shade is really catching my eye. After all, coral-y pinks are pretty much my favourite thing, I do have a very beloved coat that is nicknamed the "pylon" coat.
I just think this couple is double crush-worthy. He is so handsome, and she always looks luminescent. I love
this dress she (Diane Kruger) wore at Cannes. Yes, it's over the top for the real world maybe, but she just looks so beautiful.
